What are the best mental exercises besides the ones you offer on this website?
Perhaps Lumosity's games. I am not sure if they really work but based on my experience they seem to be working. No guaratees though.
There are no good evidence that Lumosity (and similar) games work. Some studies suggest, that reading a lot is one of the best mental activity.

I have noticed a HUGE difference in my mental performance with the following routine. 1. Wake at 5am and do 5 minutes of focus meditation. 2. 2 sets of 5 minutes DnB, with a 5 minute rest between sets. 3. During my 5 minute rest I do pushups using the Tabata routine. (High intensity interval) 4. 2 sets of 5 minutes FPS (UT2004) on the highest difficulty I can handle (Adept) 5. During my 5 minute rest I do pushups using the Tabata routine. (High intensity interval) 6. 20 minute skirmish playing Supreme Commander (RTS) on Supreme AI difficulty level. I do this every weekday, and rest on weekends. I'd also like to note my mental performance has improved on a ketosis diet, and while not consuming any alcohol the previous day.
