You're pretty good at DNB too; have you experienced an increase in intelligence through using it?

Thanks. Too subjective to really tell if intelligence changed. I think what does change is ability to focus and meditate. The studies don’t show transfer of working memory, but they do show ability to generate alpha waves.

I’d like to say one more thing about the studies though. A lot of them the subjects only averaged 3-4 back. I have my doubts about the subject pool actually being committed to improvement. On the other hand they became better at selective working memory tasks. It’s all really frustrating how inconclusive it is.

I agree; I generally found I couldn't map DnB to any difference in cognitive capability. However, I found it extremely difficult to progress myself, so I'm not sure if it's just me. Have you found anything that does help with intelligence?

Would love this as well. Talking of improving intelligence and transfer of working memory, my scores are fairly unimpressive and low at the moment although improving gradually. I'm practising with a TDCs headset and am starting to feel mentally far more robust since starting dual N-back. I'm a professional online poker player and we must hold large amount of data in our minds and breakdown complex scenarios quickly and I've genuinely noticed a real improvement in the amount of data I'm able to hold in my mind in real time as well as the clarity of my problem solving while playing poker since I've started playing this game. The improved mental acuity and processing I'm experiencing and the timing of it leads to be believe it is no coincidence.
