Hello,
With my driving test coming up I am still making mistakes (missing crucial signs, lane markers etc). I am so focussed on not crashing that I miss the very information I need to do so. I might focus on a pedestrian hazard ahead and in the meantime miss a car turning from a junction. I need to learn to: multitask, be more aware of surroundings, just generally be more "mindful".Obviously practicing in the car is the best option for this but I'm looking for something to do in the "downtime" when not driving. I was thinking of joining one of the sites like Lumosity for the month before the test (I think its about £5), because I know they have some multitasking games. Will also try mindfullness meditation at home, with the hope it will help to "clarify" when driving, making me more aware. Any other ideas? Are my ideas pointless, opinions?
Any help will be apprecited.
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
